    Do you want to improve your health and feel like you did when you were a teenager? Thousands of people just like you have found that by increasing the amount of raw foods they eat and avoiding the manipulative, deadly, political foods of our modern world, they can transform themselves into healthy, confident beings. This transformation is so radical and amazing that their former lives seem to be no more than a bad dream.
     
It is not necessary to eat 100% raw foods to improve your health. In fact, if you click on My Experience to the left, you will discover that that my blood tests completely turned around for the better when I ate raw vegan foods during the day and had one cooked vegan meal at night. 
     It is very important, however, to eliminate all animal products, caffeine, alcohol, refined sugar, and tobacco products gradually or cold turkey if you want to improve your health or attempt to reverse any disease. The basic rule is that the more raw vegan foods you eat, the healthier you will become and the younger you will look and feel. If you are skeptical, just try it for a few days, and observe the amazing results, and if you are disatisfied with what you experience you can always modify your transition diet to your own satisfaction or return to your normal way of eating altogether.

     When you begin to transform your body, mind and soul and become a new person, and you experience pain, anxiety, irritability, doubts and fear, just remember that all these things are known as "the suffering that leads to no suffering". In other words, when you go through withdrawal from quitting alcohol, cigarettes, chocolate, drugs, refined sugar, coffee, too much television, negative thoughts, emotional outbursts, arguing, fatty foods, grease, etc., the suffering you experience is nothing compared to the suffering or death you would experience later if you did not free yourself from these chains of bondage.

Our bodies are made up of pipes and tubes. Keeping these pipes and tubes clean and free flowing is the basis of health. In general, diseases are just names for the area of the body where there is clogging of these pipes and tubes. It all goes back to what is put into the body.

When the blood is clogged up from eating processed foods, oxygen cannot freely flow to all parts of the body. This creates blood sludge. This sludge is caused by eating thick, mucousy, rubbery, fatty foods. This not only compromises oxygen transportation, but creates a constipated, disease- causing colon. When you eat raw foods, the blood begins to purify and you begin to feel like a different person. Raw veganism is the healthiest dietary regimen known to man.
